June Prospects Camp Registration Now Open!

Interested in trying out for the Schomberg Cougars?
The Cougars will be hosting a Prospects camp!

DATES:
Sun. June 5 5-6:30pm (GOALIES ONLY)  *** GOALIE REGISTRATION CLOSED – CAMP FULL
Sat. June 11 1:00-2:30pm
Sun. June 12 5-6:30pm

**All participants must register in advance. See below for registration closure deadlines.

How to register (for June 11/12): Forwards and Defencemen only

1. Complete the registration form at the bottom of this page.

2. Email the following two documents to schombergcougars@post.com

• Medical waiver Med_Waiver_22
**Please note if you are under 18 years old, this must be signed by a parent/guardian.

• Permission to tryout form

3. E-transfer payment in the amount of $75 to schombergcougars@post.com
Please use the password (all lower case): cougars
**Be sure to include player name in the notes section of the e-transfer

Once we receive all of the above, we will contact you to confirm that you are fully registered.
All registration MUST be completed in advance of the skate.
Registration will close Thurs. June 9th at 11:59pm.
**Only pre-registered participants will be permitted.
**PLEASE NOTE GOALIE REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.  CAMP IS FULL.
How to register for Goalie Skate (Sun. June 5): Goalies only
**Please note a select number of goalies will be invited from the June 5th skate to proceed into
the June 11/12 skates. Those that are selected to move forward will then be required to send an
additional payment for June 11/12 skates.
